Exclusive Fall 2026 Girl's Gathering

We have an Exclusive Girl's Gift Gathering 2x a year where you can showcase your homemade items & go home with other wonderful homemade items & learn from one another. This exchange helps build a community of ladies who love to share what they make. Join us by filling out the form below to be considered. The form has more details like;

What you'll be making? Each item should be the value of $7-10.00 retail. You will be bringing 17 individually wrapped homemade items, 14 of which will be for the ladies attending, 1 for the volunteer helping & 2 will go towards the GES Org to share with other board members, volunteers, &/or used as a giveaway. We know that a few might cancel at the last min, so please consider donating those extras to the non-profit charity. You will go home with up to 15 fun homemade items.

Unless, the person is able to bring their items over prior to this Garhering. She will in return receive 15 items from the others. (she will have to pick up the next day or 2.) After that, all items will be gifted to the GES Org.  Managing pick up & messages takes time, so please be respectful of my time in this manner. Any question, add them below in the comments. This is an outdoor event with a bonfire if feasible & doing and a pop-up canopy in case it lightly rains. Bring one recipe card for those who want to take a photo of "how to."

 Also, this a potluck, so bring a treat/dish to share along with any special drink you might want. There will be a fun drink like vanilla lemonade, iced herbal tea, or strawberry/cucumber water, & whatever others bring for sharing. We don't want more than 15 girls to keep it quaint & exclusive.

Fill out this form to be selected to participate in our Fall 2026 Holiday Gift Exchange which will be held on Sunday, December 6th 3-5:00pm here at headquarters in Mesa, Arizona USA. Once we review all the applicants, you'll receive an email with an answer by November 14th.  2nd round of girls on the wait list will be emailed by Nov 21st or there about.
